Who we are
MyTradeCalc TH (accessible at mytradecalcth.com) is an independent website providing free forex calculation tools for Thailandn retail traders. For the purposes of this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of this website.
For PDPA (Thailand) purposes, MyTradeCalc TH is the responsible party for personal information processed through this site. Contact: hello@mytradecalcth.com
What data we collect
Data you actively provide
This website does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the calculators. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address you send from and the content of your message.
Data collected automatically
When you visit MyTradeCalc TH, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages) may collect basic technical information including:
- Your IP address (anonymised at the network edge)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL
- Country of access
This data is used by Cloudflare solely for delivering the site and mitigating abuse. We do not have direct access to individual IP addresses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for full details.
Local storage (your device only)
MyTradeCalc TH stores one preference in your browser's localStorage: your chosen colour theme (light or dark). This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Cookies
MyTradeCalc TH does not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party cookies may be set if you click an affiliate link to FxPro — those cookies are governed by FxPro's privacy policy. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Affiliate links and third parties
This site contains affiliate links to FxPro (fxpro.com). When you click such a link and open a trading account, FxPro may place cookies on your device to track the referral. MyTradeCalc TH receives a commission if you become a client. We do not receive or store any personal data from FxPro about you as a result of this relationship.
Exchange rates are fetched from the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API. This is a read-only API call; no personal data is sent to the ECB in this process.
How we use information
- To deliver the website and its calculators
- To respond to contact enquiries
- To protect against abuse and malicious traffic (Cloudflare)
- To understand aggregate site usage for improvement purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact emails are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your query and no longer than 12 months thereafter. Server-level logs retained by Cloudflare are governed by Cloudflare's own retention policies.
Your rights under PDPA (Thailand)
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Be notified that your personal information is being collected
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information where no legal basis for retention exists
- Object to the processing of your personal information
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of Thailand

Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults engaged in or learning about forex trading. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
